PECCATO SEXYWEAR – SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout and may vary depending on the destination, shipping carrier, weather conditions, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Peccato Sexywear is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If your package arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at alexgon@macgongroup.com with your order number and photographs of the package and product.

International customers, when applicable, are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country unless otherwise stated during checkout.
